PURPOSE: A mono-fluid type aqueous masonry joint coating agent using various colored metallic powder is provided to prevent tile lifting, to increase adhesiveness between a tile and a joint and to prevent moisture or water from penetrating into the joint. CONSTITUTION: A mono-fluid type aqueous masonry joint coating agent comprises 55-80 wt% of aqueous acrylic copolymer resin, 10-35 wt% of pearl, 5-10 wt% of mineral for anion or infrared ray discharge, 1-3 wt% of antimicrobial agent, and 0.5-1.5 wt% of thickening agent and has a viscosity of 500-2000. The aqueous acrylic copolymer resin comprises 4 wt% of butyl acrylate monomer, 18 wt% of methyl methacrylate monomer, 18 wt% of 2-ethyl acrylate, 2 wt% of methacrylic acid, 2 wt% of 2-nydroxy methyl methacrylate, 1 wt% of anionic surfactant, and 55 wt% of water.
