<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery efficiently while restricting a cathode paste from becoming thickened with the passage of time. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery manufacturing method offered by the present invention includes preparing lithium transition metal oxide containing LiOH outside the composition thereof as a cathode active material. This method further includes: grasping the molar quantity P of LiOH contained per g of the cathode active material; preparing 0.05 mol of tungsten oxide in terms of tungsten atoms per mol of LiOH relative to the molar quantity P of LiOH; and mixing the cathode active material and the tungsten oxide in an organic solvent together with a conductive material and a binder to prepare a cathode paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
