<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical remote air flow measuring device in which even colored noise corresponding to the outer environment of the device can be reduced and measurement can be performed for a longer distance by reducing deterioration in measurement reliability and which is capable of dealing with a wide flight speed range. <P>SOLUTION: According to a colored noise reduction method for an optical remote air flow measuring device, in the optical remote air flow measuring device which emits laser light into the atmosphere as a transmission signal and measures an air velocity of an air flow in a remote area on the basis of a Doppler shift amount of a frequency between the transmission signal and a reception signal, it is regarded that the signal strength of scattered light is almost eliminated in areas beyond the farthest area, noise distribution is calculated by performing averaging processing of the signal strength for each Dopper frequency component divided at a certain frequency interval in the measurement area beyond the farthest area, and subtraction processing is performed for each Doppler frequency component on all the signal strength distribution in the measurement areas obtained by dividing the noise distribution at a certain distance interval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
