DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT WITH AT LEAST ONE ACTIVE ORGANIC LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electronic component having at least one active organic layer.

SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic component in a winding process is disclosed at first. A continuous manufacturing method has an advantage that an active region of an active semiconductor layer is not exposed to unprotected solvent and/or solvent vapor at an arbitrary time point in a manufacturing process. Consequently, an organic component with high quality can be manufactured.
