<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode binder composition with which localization of polymer particles in an obtained active material layer is suppressed as small as possible, and an electrode excellent in all of charge/discharge characteristics, oxidation resistance and adhesion can be provided. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode binder composition which is an electrode binder composition for an electricity storage device contains a liquid medium and polymer particles having a repeating unit derived from a monomer having a fluorine atom, and has a pH of 7-8. When an average particle size of the polymer particles is denoted as R1, and an average particle size of the polymer particles in a case where the electrode binder composition is added with 0.2 N hydrochloric acid to have a pH of 5 is denoted as R2, a value of a ratio R1/R2 is in a range of 1.1-3.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
