<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat value when applying current and suppress scale-up of a physical constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises: a coil plate laminate 20 which is fitted into a groove 11 of a stator core 10; and a coil end plate laminate 30 which is located between the coil plate laminates. Each coil end plate 31 includes a cross-section having the same sectional area in a direction orthogonal to a circumferential direction, and a same board thickness. Each coil plate 24 includes a portion within the groove 11 in which a more outer plate in a radial direction has a thinner board thickness, and a coil end portion 26 which contacts with an edge face of the coil end plate 31. Each coil end portion 26 includes a cross-section having the same shape as the cross-section of each coil end plate 31 in the direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction. Each sectional area of the coil end plates 31 and each sectional area of the coil end portion 26 are respectively set so that heat value when applying current is a prescribed value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
