TRANSMISSION METHOD AND TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR FRONT INFORMATION AND TRAVELING INFORMATION TO REAR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission method and transmission device of information for enabling a driver to perform a driving operation with an allowance by recognizing a change in front traffic situations even when a front visual field is blocked, and for preliminarily preventing the delay of a driving operation with respect to the traffic situations.

SOLUTION: Disclosed is the transmission method for transmitting front information showing a state between a leading vehicle and a front vehicle traveling just ahead of the leading vehicle in a vehicle sequence in which a plurality of vehicles are automatically traveling in a platoon and traveling information showing the traveling state of any vehicle in the vehicle sequence to the driver of a rear vehicle traveling just behind the rearmost information transmission vehicle in the vehicle sequence. The information transmission vehicle displays the front information and traveling information at a position where it is visible by the driver of the rear vehicle by forming and expressing patterns by using indicator lights which emit various types of colors to make those indicator lights in respective colors perform lighting, flickering and extinction.
