PURPOSE: An iron scrap block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a block from a pulverized waste tire chip. CONSTITUTION: An iron scrap block comprises an iron mixture originated from waste tire. The steel cord is mainly located inside the iron scrap block. And the iron plate is mainly located outside the iron scrap block. The weight ratio of the steel plate with regard to the steel cord is 1:1-3. The content of the rubber component is 30-100 kg. On the surface of the iron scrap block, another steel plate or aluminum plate is compressed. |
