PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to reduce light shielding loss, to prevent short-circuit current, and to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion layer(110) includes a first doped layer(112) and a second doped layer(114). A recess pattern is formed on the surface of the photoelectric conversion layer. The recess pattern extends the light absorption area of the photoelectric conversion layer. A first electrode(130) is formed on the rear surface of the photoelectric conversion layer. A transparent conductive layer(120) is formed on the upper part of the photoelectric conversion layer. A second electrode(140) is formed on the upper part of the transparent conductive layer.
