PURPOSE: An array board for a fringe field switching mode LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to measure the faulty state of a thin film transistor in a completion state of a common electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of an inspecting pixel areas(IPA) is included in a first to a fourth non-display area(NA-NA4) in order to wrap a display area(AA). An inspecting TFT(ITr1-ITr4) and an inspecting electrode(175) are included in each inspecting pixel area without a pixel electrode. The inspecting electrode is connected to the inspecting TFT. The inspecting electrode is comprised of the same material as a layer in which a common electrode(170) is formed. The inspecting electrode is separated from the common electrode.
