PURPOSE: An insulating film is provided to use a cholesteric liquid crystal layer to reduce incidence of an infrared ray, to maintain transmittance of a visible lay, and to have a specific pitch, thereby improving infrared reflectance. CONSTITUTION: An insulating film comprises at least one absorbing layer(130), and at least one cholesteric liquid crystal layer(140). At least one absorbing layer absorbs an ultraviolet ray and an infrared ray. The cholesteric liquid crystal layer is at least one cholesteric liquid crystal layer which is arranged under the absorbing layer. A pitch of the cholesteric liquid crystal layer reflects the infrared ray. The insulating film has the visible ray transmission rate of about 50% to 80%. The insulating film has the infrared ray reflectivity of about 70% to 99%.
