<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degassing device unit which enables a degassing device to be installed in proximity close to a cavity and inside a fixed die, and achieves shortening of a degassing passage between the cavity and the degassing device. <P>SOLUTION: A casting die 1 includes a degassing device unit 50 having a valve element 52, a fixed die 10 having a unit housing space 10a in which the degassing device unit 50 is fitted and housed, and a movable die 20 opposite to the fixed die 10. A cavity 1a is demarcated inside the casting die 1, and a degassing passage 1d for communicating the cavity 1a with the outside air is formed therein. A cooling passage 51b is formed in the degassing device unit 50, and tubular members 62, 63 for cooling water to be communicated with the cooling passage 51b are provided in the fixed die 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
