<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling a model base engine which can achieve predictive control without causing an out of synchronization between a model and an actual engine. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for controlling a model base engine includes: a processing speed control unit 6 for controlling a processing speed of a model unit 3 so that the model unit 3 operates at higher speed than that of the actual engine 4; and a synchronization control unit 7 that stores an internal calculation state of the model unit 3 at a moment of an end of operation cycle of a particular cylinder of the model unit 3 for each of the operation cycles of the actual engine 4, replaces an internal calculation state of the model unit 3 with the stored internal calculation state when an operation cycle of the actual engine 4 ends and drives the model unit 3 from the replaced internal calculation state at the same time of the start of the next operation cycle of the actual engine 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
