<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a recommended article suitable for each user in a natural manner without making him/her feel uncomfortable. <P>SOLUTION: When a user connects a terminal device 200 to a management device 100 via a network and purchases a desired content online, the content is additionally listed in a purchase article list P(A) in a storage part 250. The order in the list can be changed by an order update part 260. A list display part 280 displays the list of contents according to the order. A content selected by a selection part 230 is transmitted from the management device 100 and reproduced by a content reproduction part 220. A purchase article list collection part 140 collects purchase article lists from many users. A recommended article list creation part 150 determines recommended articles to be inserted in a purchase article list of a specific user by referring to purchase article lists of other users, and transmits a list of them as a recommended articles list R(A) to a storage part 270.
