<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more accurately constructing a superimposed image by easily correcting distortion or the like in acquiring thin layer slices when superimposing two-dimensional images obtained by imaging a plurality of thin layer slices obtained from one embedding sample. <P>SOLUTION: A superimposed image construction method includes a step (a) of creating an embedding sample in which a specimen to be examined and a marker are embedded, a step (b) of creating two or more thin layer slices by slicing the embedding sample after the step (a), a step (c) of capturing two-dimensional images of the created thin layer slices after the step (c), and a step (d) of constructing an image by superimposing the captured two-dimensional images with the markers in the two-dimensional images as criteria after the step (c). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
