<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture static eliminators having different lengths, and to stably send out ions throughout the entire length of the static eliminator even if the length is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge needle 10 functioning as an ion generating electrode, an axial flow fan 13, and a case body 14 having an opening part on the front face thereof are combined so that ions generated by discharge of the discharge needle 1 are carried on airflow generated by the axial flow fan 13 and are sent out from the opening part 140 of the case body 14 to make one unit of static elimination modules, and the static eliminator having a structure in which a plurality of the static elimination modules 1A, 1B, 1C are supported by support frames 21, 22 while being arranged side by side in one direction is manufactured. The static eliminator having a size required in a manufacturing premises can be provided by changing the number of the static elimination modules and the lengths of the support frames 21, 22 as occasion demands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
