<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing a solid soap from slipping in hand when using the solid soap. <P>SOLUTION: At the center of a cylindrical coarse-mesh net, an elastic ring 2 formed of a soft plastic material is provided and then the net is folded back from the position of the ring 2 to form a double net bag 3. At the end of an opening/closing portion of the net bag 3, a hook-and-loop fastener tape 4 is provided.
