<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair care device that can enhance hair care effects. <P>SOLUTION: The hair care device includes: a mist generation part 50 for generating charged mist; a plurality of negative ion generation parts 30, 40 for generating negative ions; a mist blowout port 20c through which the mist generated by the mist generation part 50 passes; and a plurality of ion blowout ports 20a, 20b through which the negative ions generated by the negative ion generation parts 30, 40 pass. A peripheral part 20d of the mist blowout port 20c is sectioned into a first region R1, and a second region R2 by an optional virtual line L passing the mist blowout port 20c when the mist blowout port 20c is seen from the front.
