<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser driving circuit capable of high-speed operation at a low voltage without using an external component such as a bias tee. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser driving circuit controls a semiconductor laser diode by supplying a driving current to the semiconductor laser diode connected to an output terminal on the basis of an input signal inputted from an input terminal. The semiconductor laser driving circuit includes a first supply section supplying a bias current and a first supply signal having a frequency component equal to or lower than a first frequency of the input signal, and a second supply section supplying a second supply signal having a frequency component higher than a second frequency of the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
