<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency band allocation apparatus capable of effectively utilizing radio resources without making unnecessary changes in frequency band allocation values. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency band allocation apparatus, allocating frequency bands in a mobile station, includes: a channel quality measurement section 26 that measures the reception quality of a signal received from the mobile station, and a wireless resource management section 27 that determines an allocated frequency band to a transmission source mobile station that is a transmission source of a frequency allocation request on the basis of the reception quality of the transmission source mobile station when the frequency allocation request is received, and notifies the transmission source mobile station of the allocated frequency band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
