<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplification circuit that implements improved power efficiency in a reduced circuit area. <P>SOLUTION: The power amplification circuit is a power amplification circuit integrated on a silicon substrate. The power amplification circuit includes a first amplifier having an input connected to a first signal input terminal. The power amplification circuit includes a second amplifier having an input connected to a second signal input terminal. The power amplification circuit includes an amplifier output phase shifter having an input connected to an output of the first amplifier and an output connected to an output of the second amplifier.
