PURPOSE: A pannel for preventing the short circuit of an underground wired electrical line is provided to prevent an electrical accident due to animals by using a cylindrical partition for separating a lead-in wire from a lead-out wire. CONSTITUTION: A panel(10) is formed in an underground wired electrical line(P) and connects a lead-in wire(L) to a lead-out wire(L'). The panel includes a skirt part(12) formed in an insertion part, a partition(11), and a partition plate. The partition is extended and has a height longer than the heights of the lead-in wire and the lead-out wire. A connection unit(20) includes an insertion part(21) inserted into the panel, a first connection part(22) connected to the lead-in wire, and a second connection part(23) connected to the lead-out wire. A spring(30) includes a panel fixation part fixed to the side of the panel and an underground pipe fixing part fixed to the inner part of the underground pipe. |
