PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to prevent Moire effect in 2D operation mode by controlling luminance difference between an electrode region and a non-electrode region when a 2D image is displayed. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit(50) generates a light. A display panel(110) displays an image. A conversion panel(120) supplies the light to the display panel during 2D driving. A liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate(111), a second substrate(112) and a liquid crystal layer(115). The first substrate comprises a common electrode, and the second substrate comprises a number of electrodes facing with the common electrode as being arranged separately along at least one direction.
