PURPOSE: A contact alarm device of a door handle of a distribution panel is provided to increase safety, to simplify a structure by generating a warning sound in case of internal conduction by detecting contact of a door handle of a distribution panel with a contactless method. CONSTITUTION: A contact alarm device of a door handle of a distribution panel consists of a handle contact detection unit(145) installed to detect contact of human body with a handle of a door in a contactless method, a conduction detection unit(152) detecting current through a wire inside of a distribution panel, an alarm control unit(148) generating a warning sound if detecting a human body contact detection signal and a conduction signal, a wireless transmission unit(149) transmits human body contact generation information to a registered communication address, a speaker(146) and a display unit(147).
