PURPOSE: A stopper having an airtight packing structure is provided to seal and secretly store contents of a container by airtight coupling the stopper. CONSTITUTION: A stopper body(10) forms a supporting part(11) with an expanded external diameter in the lower part and forms a screw part(12) on the exterior surface. A lower packing(20) is inserted into the stopper body. A lower compression ring(30) is inserted into the stopper body in order to be located on the top of the lower packing. A top packing(40) is inserted into the stopper body in order to be positioned at the top of the lower compression ring. A top compression ring is inserted into the stopper body in order to be positioned on the top of the top packing. A fastening ring(60) is combined with the screw part in order to be located on the top of the top compressing ring. An inclined plane part(13) is formed in the leading end of the supporting part to form the stopper body. The lower compression ring respectively forms inclined plane parts(31,31') on the external upper and lower ends and forms repeated saw tooth grooves(32)(32') in the inclined plane parts.
