<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wiper whose height from a wiping surface is lowered. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle wiper includes blade rubber 11, a backing 12, a connection lever 13 having a lever holding part 13a for surrounding and holding the base 11b of the blade rubber 11 and the backing 12 in the longitudinal center of the blade rubber 11 and the backing 12, a clip 17 disposed to be rotatable around an axis orthogonal to both side faces of the connection lever 13, and a wiper arm 2 connected to the clip 17. Engaging projected parts 17 are formed in outer side faces of both sidewalls 17a of the clip 17. In the tip connection part 4 of the wiper arm 2, an upper cover wall 4a for roughly covering the upper surface of the clip 17 and a both-side face cover wall 4b for roughly covering the outer side face of the clip 17 are formed.
