<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch detection device for discriminating between a touch and a wrong touch with high accuracy, a recording display device, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: Feature information is compared with wrong touch feature information obtained through processing in Step 114A, and a weight provided to the number of touch points on a locus as the feature information is also compared with a predetermined weight (Step 114C).
