摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simplify the manufacturing process of an electrode, and to provide the electrode for improving charge and discharge characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium secondary battery 10 includes a positive electrode sheet 13, a negative electrode sheet 18, and an ion conducting medium 20 filling a space between the positive electrode sheet 13 and the negative electrode sheet 18. The positive electrode sheet 13 and the negative electrode sheet 18 of the lithium secondary battery 10 are manufactured by a manufacturing process including a mixture manufacturing process for mixing subsidiary materials and active material particles with the volume ratio of the subsidiary material containing at least a binding material to the active material particles kept in a range of not less than 0.5 volume % and not more than 35 volume %, and a mixture layer forming process for forming an electrode mixture layer on a collector by adhesion based on a potential difference between the collector and mixture powder. In the mixture manufacturing process, when mixing the mixture powder using a subsidiary material additionally containing a conductive material, the subsidiary material and the active material particles are mixed so that the volume ratio of the conductive material to the binding material is kept in a range of not less than 5 volume % and not more than 500 volume %. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
