IMAGING DEVICE, IMAGING METHOD, AND IMAGING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, an imaging method, and an imaging program that enable a special effect to be easily switched at a user's desired timing during moving image capturing.

SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an image processing unit that can execute an artistic effect process applying an artistic effect causing a visual effect to image data by combining a plurality of image processes, and can execute an in-moving-image special effect process applying an in-moving-image special effect causing a visual effect over a plurality of frames; an in-moving-image special effect start signal input unit that receives input of an in-moving-image special effect start signal instructing to start the in-moving-image special effect process in the image processing unit; and an image process control unit that switches an artistic effect process to be executed by the image processing unit depending on the input of the in-moving-image special effect start signal when a plurality of kinds of artistic effect processes to be performed by the image processing unit are set.
