<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle brake hydraulic control apparatus that can suppress heating of a suction valve, etc. by shortening electricity-carrying time to the suction valve when stopping a motor for a pump. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle brake hydraulic control apparatus includes: the suction valve 7 opened through electricity-carrying; the pump can pumping up brake fluid from a hydraulic pressure source side via the suction valve 7; the motor 9 for driving the pump; and a control device 20 for controlling opening/closing of the suction valve 7 and driving of the motor 9 through electricity-carrying. The control device 20 includes; detection means 21 for detecting a back electromotive voltage generated due to an inertia rotation of the motor 9 after stopping electricity-carrying to the motor 9; voltage check means 22 for checking whether a voltage condition is satisfied or not that the back electromotive voltage is equal to or less than a given voltage; and time check means 23 for checking whether a time condition is satisfied or not that a given time has passed after the voltage condition has been satisfied.
