摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: a storage device has the tendency of making progress in deterioration depending on a temperature and a charge discharge rate of the storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A heating system comprises a heater, a current sensor, a temperature sensor, and a controller. The heater applies heat to a power storage device which performs electrical charging and discharging. The current sensor detects current value while charging/discharging the power storage device and outputs the detection result to the controller. The temperature sensor detects a temperature of the power storage device and outputs the detection result to the controller. The controller controls heating of the power storage device by use of heat of the heater. The controller heats the power storage device when the detection temperature detected by the temperature sensor is 35&deg;C or lower, and a charge discharge rate detected by the current sensor is more than 8C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
