<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of positioning a work, and to improve simplification and endurance the reliability of a device by providing a guide means which guides a base end of a positioning pin so that an axis of a cylinder and an axis of the positioning pin coincide with each other when the positioning pin retracts into the cylinder by pressure in an axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: A work positioning device is provided with a palette 2 on which an engine 1 is mounted the positioning pin 7 of which a tip end guide 72 is inserted in a positioning hole 55 on a vehicle body 5 side, the cylinder 8 which is fixed on the palette 2 and supports the positioning pin 7 along a first axis CL1 of the positioning pin 7 in a movable manner in back and forth direction, an energizing means 10 which is energized with the positioning pin 7 in the advancing direction, and the guide means which guides the positioning pin 7 so that a second axis CL2 and the first axis CL1 coincide with each other when the positioning pin 7 retracts into the cylinder 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
