<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food bar cutting device which can provide food pieces high in weight accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The food bar cutting device includes: a food bar mounting base 5; a feeder 8 for feeding a food bar; a rotary blade 24 for cutting the fed food bar; a revolution disk 15 for revolving the rotary blade 24; and a weigh scale 32 for detecting the weight of the cut food piece, and the food bar cutting device is configured to change the position of the rotary blade 24 to the cutting position and the non-cutting position of the food bar. The food bar cutting device is also configured in such a manner that the rotary blade is always rotated, and the rotation of the revolution disk rotationally driven separately from and independently of the rotary blade is temporarily stopped when the rotary blade is at the non-cutting position. Specifically, the food bar cutting device further includes: a feed amount detection means detecting the feed amount of the food bar fed by the feeder; a revolution stopping means for temporarily stopping the rotation of the revolution disk when the rotary blade is at the non-cutting position; and revolution disk control means for causing, by the activation of the revolution disk when the detection value of a detected feed amount reaches a target feed amount, the rotary blade to move to the cutting position to cut the food bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
