<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear configured to improve a sense of balance to enhance training effects, as well as advancing functional effects such as walking or running. <P>SOLUTION: The footwear is unstable footwear such as shoes, slippers or clogs with a ground contact surface which is curved in a longitudinal convex shape. The convex curve is circularly curved from the heel to the root of toes and extended toward the toes, to make the toes turned upward, or to make the portion forward of the root of toes linearly turned upward. Thus, the convex curve is reduced to minimize the resistance from landing to leaving. Particularly, the toes kick the ground immediately before leaving, to naturally increase the stride and achieve quick motion, thereby increasing the effect of facilitating running and walking and increasing speed. Footwear having convex curves formed in the longitudinal direction and lateral direction can be used as welfare, rehabilitation and health maintenance equipment for improving a sense of balance in addition to motional effects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
