PURPOSE: A cylinder structure for storing hydrogen storage alloys and a cylinder manufacturing method are provided to prevent the plastic deformation of a hydrogen storage alloy storing member by securing an extra space to the hydrogen storage alloy storing member to prepare for the expansion of the hydrogen storage alloys. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder structure for storing hydrogen storage alloys comprises a hydrogen storage alloy storing member(20), a receiving space, and multiple fixed protrusions(11). The hydrogen storage alloy storing member stores the hydrogen storage alloys. The receiving space is formed inside the cylinder to store the hydrogen storage alloy storing member. The fixed protrusions protrude from the inner side of the receiving space to fix the hydrogen storage alloy storing member.
