PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing infiltration of water in the inside of a housing even if bonding surfaces are opened by deformation and the like of the housing.

SOLUTION: The housing has a first housing and a second housing bonding with each other and forming an accommodating space, and a double-sided adhesive member which has adhesive agent layers on both surfaces of a base material having water impermeability and flexibility and in which the adhesive agent layer on the one surface adheres to the first housing and the adhesive agent layer on the other surface adheres to the second housing. The adhesive force between the one surface of the double-sided adhesive member and the first housing is larger on the outer side than on the inner side; and the adhesive force between the other surface of the double-sided adhesive member and the second housing is larger on the inner side than on the outer side.
