<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar apparatus capable of recognizing an object three-dimensionally around the apparatus, which can suppress complication of drive control and accelerate three-dimensional recognition. <P>SOLUTION: A laser radar apparatus 1 comprises a light receiving sensor 20 which is formed by two-dimensionally arranging a plurality of light receiving elements. The light receiving sensor 20 is provided at a side to which reflected light is reflected by a reflecting part 31, and includes a light receiving region for receiving the reflected light guided by the reflecting part 31. Meanwhile, a convex shape mirror is arranged on a light projection path of a laser beam L1 emitted from a laser diode 10 to an exterior space, allowing the laser beam L1 that travels from a deflection part 41 toward the exterior space to spread out at least in a direction of a central axis 42a.
