PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the deflection amount depending on various properties and preference of a seated person and a use scene.

SOLUTION: The seat of chair has an inner shell 13 made of a resin, and a deflection adjusting member 16 disposed under the inner shell 13.
