<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fixture which can supply fluid pressure in a lump to a large number of fixtures, related to a workpiece pallet which fixes a large number of workpieces placed on a base plate by pressing opposing wall faces of the workpieces, and the small fixture used for the workpiece pallet. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder is protrusively provided on a the lower face of a base for fixing the workpiece to the base plate, a circumferential groove is formed at an outer periphery of the cylinder, and seal rings are disposed above and below the circumferential groove. A piston urged in the direction of expanding or shrinking a piston rod is inserted into the cylinder, and the piston rod is extended penetrating through a bottom plate of the base.
