<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin extrusion foamed heat insulating plate which is an extrusion foam having as a base material resin a mixture of a polystyrene resin and an amorphous or low-crystalline polyester resin, and which maintains stable heat insulation for a long period and has a large thickness and good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin extrusion foamed heat insulating plate is obtained by extrusion-foaming a foamable resin melt containing a foaming agent composed of at least a hydrofluoroolefin, and has an apparent density of 20 to 50 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and a thickness of 10 to 150 mm, wherein the base material resin constituting the foamed heat insulating plate is composed of a polystyrene resin and a polyester resin satisfying the following condition, and the ratio of the polystyrene resin and the polyester resin is 95:5 to 50:50. The condition: the endothermic peak heat quantity is <5 J/g (including 0) as involved in fusion of the polyester resin based on a DSC curve acquired at a heating rate of 10°C/min by employing "a case of measuring heat of fusion after performing a certain heat treatment" described in JIS K7122(1987) and using a heat flux differential scanning calorimeter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
