<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of defective goods in post-process work even when blasting compressed air containing sand downwardly onto the surface of a glass plate to execute marking. <P>SOLUTION: A working box 3 has a working space S inside and a through-hole 3a formed in the bottom surface. The through-hole 3a of the working box 3 is covered with a marking plate 5 which has a cutout part 5a modeling a marking shape. On the lower side of the working box 3, a glass plate supporting mechanism 6 is provided which supports the glass plate 10 to be placed on the marking plate 5 at its lower side to put the working space S into a sealed condition. On the upper side of the marking plate 5 in the working space S, a discharge nozzle 7a is provided for blasting the compressed air containing the sand Sa. On the lateral side of the marking plate 5 in the working space S, an air nozzle 9 is provided for blasting the compressed air toward the glass plate 10 and the marking plate 5. A sand-sucking device 80 is provided for sucking the sand Sa raised up into the working space S by the compressed air blasted from the air nozzle 9, from a suction port 8e facing the working space S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
