<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning system which raises a warning for driving by a driver in an inexpensive manner by using an in-vehicle apparatus which is generally mounted on a vehicle in recent years. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle warning system 1 can detect a current location of its own vehicle, coordinates with a vehicle navigation device 2 which calculates a route to a set destination on the basis of road map data and guides the route, when the vehicle 100 approaches a road which can be entered by merging or crossing, identifies structure of the road, further identifies predetermined safe driving conduct of each type of vehicle for an estimated passage route of the vehicle 100 determined by the road structure, and raises a warning to a driver when the predetermined vehicle conduct could not be traced in passing the estimated passage route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
