<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone directory information synchronization system, a subscriber information management server, and a telephone directory information synchronization method, capable of automatically updating a contact address registered for a specific user when updating addresses, and appropriately determining a person corresponding to the specific user for automatically updating own address information registered for a mobile phone of the specific user. <P>SOLUTION: Storage servers 60a, 60b, and 70a for data storage service between a plurality of users are coordinated therebetween to synchronize telephone directory information. A specific user covered by contact address automatic update, is determined based upon contract information with regard to a family discount and a specific telephone number discount. The determination is expandable in that the coverage of the telephone directory information update can be expanded in chains from a group of the family discount and the specific telephone number discount to which the user is belonging, to the family discount and the specific telephone number discount to which another user of the same group is belonging.
