<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first provide a food casing or a film formed of a highly heat resistant material such as PET enabling a machining speed (cycle number) higher than that in a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer two dimensional or tubular food casing or the food film for wrapping the food manufactured by a nozzle blast drawing process and biaxially stretched by a triple bubble process has the following laminated structure including at least seven layer counting from the outside to the inside.
