<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine controller capable of more finely controlling the temperature of specific products which are not allowed to be provided when their temperature exceeds a determined limit temperature and giving a user a feeling of safety concerning the specific products. <P>SOLUTION: A vending machine controller which has multiple columns for storing products, including at least one column for storing specific products which are not allowed to be provided when the temperature exceeds a determined limit temperature, and dispenses a sold product from a corresponding column when a sales command is given, has control means 20 for prohibiting sales of the specific products when an accumulated value of integrated values of temperature changes in a product storage with the column for storing the specific products exceeds a threshold.
