<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more improve versatility and handleability in installation by enabling a length direction to be changed flexibly in accordance with the width of a sliding door. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding door interlock device is mounted in an upper end portion of a sliding door, engaged to an adjacent sliding door and opened/closed while being interlocked with the sliding door. The device comprises a substrate 2, pulleys 5-9, an endless wire 10 and a slider 11. The substrate 2 includes a first substrate 3 and a second substrate 4 which is mounted slidably to the first substrate, and can be elongated/contracted in an opening/closing direction. The pulleys 5-9 include first and second outer pulleys 5 and 7 which are mounted in both left and right terminal portions of the first substrate 3, a second outer pulley 7 which is mounted to a left end portion of the second substrate 4, and a second inner pulley 8 which is located at a right side rather than the pulley 6 and mounted to the second substrate 4 between both the first inner and outer pulleys 5 and 6. The wire 10 is wound around in order from the second inner pulley 8 to both the first inner and outer pulleys 6 and 5 and extend to the second outer pulley 7.
