<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain attractive appearance made profound and elegant on copper made object and to keep the object attractive over a long period when the surface of the object is restored by applying verdigris powder on the surface of the copper made object. <P>SOLUTION: Restored surface structure of the copper made object has a novel surface 12 formed by applying a coating material 7 prepared by mixing the verdigris power 5 and soot 6 on the surface 2 of the copper made object 1 with an adhesive 11. As a method of forming the restored surface structure of the copper made object, the coating material 7 is prepared by mixing the verdigris powder 5 and the soot 6 and the novel surface 12 is formed by applying the coating material 7 with the adhesive 11 on the surface 2 of the object 1. Soot-containing powder 9 is obtained by mixing the soot 6 with glue, solidifying the resulting mixture and pulverizing the solidified mixture, the coating material 7 is prepared by mixing the soot-containing power 9 with the verdigris powder 5. The particle size distribution of the verdigris powder 5 is controlled to be 0.1-0.5 μm. The soot 6 is composed of burnt pine formed by the combustion of pine wood. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
