<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there are many cases that ineffectual electric power is consumed, for example, a setting of an energy saving temperature cannot be very thorough and an air conditioner is operated continuously as it is until finishing business after starting the warming operation or cooling operation of the air conditioner even when air-conditioning load is changed, in buildings or facilities where an expert air-conditioning administrator is absent. <P>SOLUTION: An energy-saving air conditioning monitoring and controlling device 1 is installed in an air conditioner operation unit of the buildings or the facilities where a resident operates the air conditioner and is constituted of an outdoor thermometer 3, an outdoor hygrometer 4, an indoor thermometer 5, an indoor hygrometer 6, a display panel 2 having a wall hanging structure, an air conditioner control relay 7, an outside air cooling control relay 8 and an outside air control analogue output 9. An air conditioning range is set on a psychrometric diagram by an air conditioner operation method and an outside air intake method using a target temperature of setting data, and an indoor temperature increased value when an air conditioner is stopped and the minimum outside air is taken in at current time in accumulated data by an actual measured value in each season and in each time, or an indoor temperature increased value or an outdoor humidity decreased value when the air conditioner is stopped and the maximum outside air is taken in and thereby, even the resident having small air conditioning technique can monitor and control the energy saving air conditioning operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
