<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film whose transparent conductor pattern is harder to visually recognize. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 10 comprises a film base material 11, a transparent conductor pattern 12 formed on the film base material 11, and an adhesive layer 13 in which the transparent conductor pattern 12 is embedded. The transparent conductor pattern 12 has a two-layer structure in which a first indium tin oxide layer 14 and a second indium tin oxide layer 15 are laminated from the film base material 11 side.
