<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization capable of providing a polymer with little amount of a low molecular weight component or an amorphous component with sufficiently high polymerization activity, a production process for the catalyst component for producing the catalyst, and a production process for an olefin polymer using the catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The production process for (A) a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprises a step (1) of producing a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization precursor by contacting (a) a silicon compound having a Si-O bond and (b) an organic magnesium compound, and a step (2) of producing (A) the solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization by contacting the precursor, a metal halide compound represented by formula MX<SP POS="POST">1</SP><SB POS="POST">b</SB>(R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>)<SB POS="POST">m-b</SB>(wherein M is a group 4, 13 or 14 element, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a hydrocarbyl group or a hydrocarbyloxy group, X<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a halogen atom, and m represents the valence of M), and an internal electron donor represented by formula (II), (wherein R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">7</SP>each independently are a 1-20C hydrocarbyl group, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>each independently are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a 1-20C hydrocarbyl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
